+ Customers can place orders when we replenish our stock. We will announce when we restock.

+ International shipping through EMS from Korea or Japan usually takes up to 10 working days. Hence, please take note of the lead time before placing orders.
Complimentary samples
+ We give free samples to customers who purchase products from WN. Limited to 2 samples per item purchase.
+ For customers who only wish to get the samples, we are unable to provide free samples but we are selling samples at very reasonable price. See ready stocks.
Payment:
+ Advance payment in full has to be made to secure item(s) including COD item(s).
+ Payment by bank-in or transfer to our MAYBANK account.
+ Please notify us through email/sms upon payment.
Shipping fees:
+ Delivery is done through Poslaju/Posdaftar (We no longer provide Pos Ekspres)
+ Shipping charges are based on the volumetric weight of the item(s).

Non-standard mail reaches within:-
3 working days for local town delivery
5 working days for inter-state delivery
Posdaftar rates*:-
* FOR PARCELS DELIVERED BY AIR BETWEEN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA AND SABAH/SARAWAK, AN ADDITIONAL AIR TRANSPORT FEE OF RM1.50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY 500g OR PART THEREOF UP TO 30kg.
We will advise on shipping method for parcel above 2kg.

Refund
+ We refund customers if and only if ordered item(s) is/are discontinued or out of stock.
+ For amount more than RM10, refund will be done through Maybank bank transfers.
+ Refund of amount less than RM10 will be by wang pos
+ or by customers' request (e.g. compensate with more samples, insert cash into parcel) but we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.
